  3. Addendum to ParaNet:

  5. The New Project Blue Book is not a membership organization.
  6. There are no membership fees, and no annual dues.  No-one
  7. may become a "member" by applying for same.
  8.  
  9. There are, currently, just under 150 Associate Members, and
  10. who will be the recipients of any PBB releases, etc.  These
  11. Associate Members have all had an in-depth background in
  12. Flying Saucer/UFO sighting reports, from 1947 to this date.
  13. They are anonymous, even to each other.  This way, each can
  14. theorize about a case/sighting according to his, or her, own
  15. expertise and not worry about a flood of correspondence, or
  16. phone calls, finding fault, discrepancies, etc. in their
  17. findings.

  19. My commitment to them has been to protect them from public
  20. scrutiny and harassment.
